Method of preparation:

Mix the sugar with the starch and put it in a pan, where the milk is gradually poured. Mix well over medium heat, when the composition thickens, remove the pan from the heat. Add the rooster and mix.

When the cream cools, add the butter and mix. Cover the cream with foil and leave to cool.

At the bottom of a bowl put the first layer of coconut cream, then a layer of biscuit, followed by the layer of condensed milk, then put a layer of biscuit and the rest of the coconut cream.

  • 1 packet of butter
  • 80 gr coconut
  • 500 gr condensed milk
  • 250 gr white chocolate

Method of preparation:

First, melt the butter and chocolate in a bain-marie. Mix with a wooden or silicone spatula in the kettle. Gradually incorporate condensed milk and coconut. Stir and leave on the fire until it starts to boil. Then remove the kettle from the heat source and let it cool. First take it out somewhere cold (outside, on the balcony), then put it in the fridge for 4-5 hours.

Use Raffaelo cream even with fruit. If you want to decorate the cake with cream, then use it as soon as it has cooled a bit.
