Shocked grandmother's recipe
Put the sugar, water, rice grains and washed shock flowers in a large jar.
The lemon is washed, cut in half and squeezed, then cut into slices and put in a jar.
Gently mix the whole composition, put the lid on the jar and leave it to soak for 3-4 days. The composition in the jar is mixed at least once a day.
When ready, strain it and store it in the refrigerator, in bottles or drums.
It is served as such or with ice, possibly it can be sweetened, according to taste.
