Method of preparation

1. Peel the onion and cut it into cubes.

2. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice.

3. Cut the mushrooms into suitable pieces (well).

4. Grind the chicken breast with a blender or meat grinder.

5. In a skillet with a little hot oil, fry the onion until golden brown.

6. Add the carrot over the onion, stir and fry for a few more minutes.

7. Add the mushrooms to the pan, mix, cover with a lid and simmer for about 5 minutes.

8. Finally, add the chopped chicken breast to the pan.

9. Mix the composition well (crumble the chicken “lumps” well) until a homogeneous mass results. Season with salt and pepper to taste, mix, cover with a lid and simmer over medium heat until the meat is ready.

10. Prepare the dressing. In a bowl, lightly beat with a whisk - cream, eggs, salt and pepper.

11. Pass the cheese through a large grater.

12. Grease the mold (with removable walls) with oil and spread a sheet of glue on the bottom and walls of the mold (thus forming high edges).

13. Place over the glue ⅓ of the prepared filling.

14. Sprinkle with a little cheese.

15. Pour 2-3 tablespoons of egg mixture with cream.

16. Soak the glue in the egg composition (for the layers inside the pie you can use pieces of glue) and spread it over the filling. Repeat the process until you get a 3-layer pie.

17. Cover the pie with a whole sheet of glue and "hide" under it all the "imperfections".

18. Sprinkle with grated cheese, pour the rest of the egg dressing and decorate with slices of mushrooms.

19. Put the pie in the oven heated to 180 degrees for 30 minutes, until nicely browned.

  • 200 ml cooking cream

  • 1 grated carrot
  • 1 cube of vegetable concentrate

Put the dough on baking paper and spread it with the rolling pin in a rectangular sheet (20x30 cm). Straighten the edges with a roll (knife) and put the filling in the middle along the length.

Cut the edges obliquely into strips of about 2 cm and cover the filling alternating strips of dough.

Transfer the pie with the baking paper to a tray and grease it with beaten egg. Put the pan in the preheated oven over medium heat for 40-45 minutes, until nicely browned. It can be served both hot and cold.
