Wash the chicken breast, cut it in half and clean it of any skin. Each half is threaded in three so that it remains a compact piece. After threading, beat the slices with the hammer, resulting in two quite compact slices (they can be completed with the pieces of meat that are beaten a little with the hammer). These two resulting pieces are seasoned with salt, pepper and cloves and placed next to each other, overlapping them about 2 mm, on an aluminum foil on which sprinkled pepper and garlic.
Mushrooms are cleaned, washed and cut into strips. The pepper is washed, cleaned and cut into strips. The spinach is scalded and drained. Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. The liver is cleaned, washed and drained. Grate the cheese.
Heat the olive oil in a pan and place the livers, peppers and mushrooms in turn. Saute for 2-3 minutes and then quench with wine. Add the greens, salt, pepper and leave covered on the fire for another 5 minutes. Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

The obtained roll is placed in a bowl in which a little water was poured. Put the dish in the oven heated to 200 degrees for 40 minutes.
Remove from the oven, leave to cool and slice.
